Mayrin Villanueva and Eduardo Santamarina are getting Married this Month

The couple will getting hitched on February 28, Santamarina asked Mayrin for her hand in marriage after a Luis Miguel concert.

After two months of announcing publicly that they held a romantic relationship and that they expect a baby girl, Villanueva and Eduardo Santamarina Mayrin take their love to the altar on the last week of February, as announced by the Mexican Notimex news.

"It was a surprise for her when I invited her to the concert of Luis Miguel and from there we went to dinner. Saturday was the pretty romantic day when we agreed to marry on February 28, we could not wait," said the actor of 39 years, adding jokingly that the songs of Sol de Mexico helped to "soften" Villanueva, 35.

"We are running back and forth, Mayrin is searching for the perfect dress and well, hopefully all goes well," added the ex of Itati Cantoral, who commented that the wedding will be a fairly simple with few guests and family members only.

Eduardo Santamarina (born July 9, 1969 in Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico) is a Mexican film, theater, and television actor.

He made his acting debut in 1992 on the set of the telenovela De Frente al Sol, produced by Carla Estrada. His more notable roles to date were in the telenovelas Rubi in 2003 and Yo Amo a Juan Querendon in 2007. He made his feature film debuts in the Mexican films Bano de Mujeres and Ya No Los Hacen Como Antes, both released in 2002.

Eduardo Santamarina married actress Itati Cantoral in 2000. She gave birth to the couple's twin boys in 2001. Both Santamarina and Cantoral filed for divorce in 2003 and the marriage was formally dissolved in 2004. After their divorce, he began an on and off relationhip with actress Susana Gonzalez until their well-publicized separation in November of 2007.

Currently, he is engaged to his Yo Amo a Juan Querendon co-star, actress Mayrin Villanueva. The couple announced in the January 1, 2009 issue of ?Hola! magazine that they are expecting their first child, due in 2009.
