Mario Lopez forced his
girlfriend, Courtney Mazza,
to undergo several surgeries
before showing her off
to the world.

the New York Post: 'Mario
is obsessed with his image.
He spends a lot of time
working out, and he expects
his girlfriend to do the
same.'
'He encouraged her to
work out with a trainer
every day. She underwent
a boob job and liposuction
last spring. Once her
body was perfect, he arranged
for them to be photographed
on a beach,' adds the
insider.
Mazza, who's set to give
birth in September, was
allegedly engaged to a
guy from Queens before
meeting Lopez. Apparently
Courtney left everything
and moved to California
once she got hitched with
Mario!
The former 'Saved by the
Bell' star isn't one to
shy away from rumors about
his narcissist ways, either.
He once told TV Guide
he never feels awake unless
he's sweating! So how
does he feel the burn?
Mario reportedly exercises
for an hour a day, runs
and even boxes three times
a week.
Lopez's
rep dismissed the rumors
and said: 'This is silly.
Mario and Courtney are
very much in love and
