December 15, 2007--Juanes, Paulina Rubio, Adrienne Bailon, George Lopez, Wisin y Yandel, RBD and Aventura were the big winners of “The 1st Annual Mi TRL Awards” presented by MTV Tr3s on Saturday, December 15th. Hosted by VJs Carlos Santos and Karli Henriquez, the awards show recognized and honored the people and music that make “Mi TRL” the "must watch" show for U.S. Latinos. It was packed with some of today's hottest artists performing, accepting and presenting awards, along with a surprise and rare public appearance by Diddy who opened the show to the delight of the fans who attended the awards show.

Live performances by Mexican pop sensation RBD, whose new album “Empezar Desde Cero” just debuted in the #1 slot on the Latin music charts and Wisin y Yandel, one of today’s biggest selling reggaeton artists who performed “Ahora Es” from their chart-topping album “Los Extraterrestres” brought down the house.
Other celebrity appearances were made by Will Smith, Jessica Alba, Menudo, Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, and Jaslene Gonzalez and Zuleyka Rivera.
