An Okokan and La Rumba event in association with Billy Ryan Productions. The ultimate Cuban dance party happened at the Docks Entertainment Complex this Friday November 9th, 2007.

Opening band Tipica Toronto had the audience entertained as the growing crowd was arriving to the Docks. After the opening performance Cuban reggaeton group Zona Franca took the stage to energize the many people that came to support the event. A diverse crowd rapidly filled the venue in anticipation of David Calzado and his Charanga Habanera group performance. La Charanga Habanera performance was electrifying and exciting.

The event was coordinated with the association of Coco Latino Productions, Mango Fete Productions, NOW Magazine and many other sponsors. The combined effort was a demonstration of how Latinos and other ethnicites can unite to bring our communities successful events that are truly enjoyable.
