Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband,
Ojani Noa, is reportedly
filing for bankruptcy.
According to Noa's business,
partner, Ed Meyer, J.
Lo and her lawyers have
blocked work opportunities
for the Cuban actor, practically
leaving him on the streets!
So why all the alleged
animosity?.
Let's not forget that
Ojani has been in a legal
battle with Jennifer for
years, because he's wanted
to release intimate footage
of her. Previous court
hearings, however, have
prevented him from doing
so. During previous settlements,
Ojani also signed a contract
not to distribute or sell
footage of J. Lo!.
If Ojani's bankruptcy
stunt works in his favor,
he can allegedly "force
the federal bankruptcy
trustee to sell his share
of the Jennifer Lopez
'racy' home videos, plus
hundreds and hundreds
of unseen and 'racy' candid
still photos of JLo, and
Ojani's tell-all book
manuscript about JLo at
a public bankruptcy auction,
to the highest bidder."
Meyer
adds: "This will
move Jennifer Lopez's
$10 million lawsuit against
Ojani out of the California
Court of Appeal (2nd District),
and up to the Federal
Bankruptcy Court, where
the case will be fast
tracked, and Ojani can
force Jennifer Lopez onto
the witness stand in open
court within 60 days."
Jennifer's reps have not
commented on the situation.
