Jenni Rivera, the Mexican pop singer who stars her very own sex tape. She was born appropriately in 1969 in Long Beach California, which makes her 39 years old. Despite the trauma of the trial they’ve had to endure and the severity of the charges, Trinidad Marin, 42, managed to stay on the run for 9 years and was captured in April 2006, but was released on bond in October. The 37-year-old artist was fearful & angered that the man with whom she had an 8-year relationship would leave Mexico to elude authorities. On June 21, 2008 at 1:30 AM, Jenni Rivera was giving as concert at the "Disco Rodeo" nightclub. A fan came to the stage but the security guards wouldn't let him. When she saw this she stopped singing to go and help her fan and then the crowd began to boo and throw cans of beer at the singer. The security guards went to get him and they presented him to Rivera. She yelled at him and then hit him in the face with her microphone, cutting the skin around his eye. The Wake County police department waited for her after the show and she was arrested for assault. She spent several hours at the Wake County jail where she was released on $3000 bond. She is expected to appear in court in Raleigh, NC on July 25, 2008.
