El Roockie new CD Semblante Urbano

Banista came from the humble origins of Chorrillo y San Miguel, Panama. He begins in the world of reggae in 1996 recording for the CD "Reggae Overload" and a CD for "Reggae Nonviolence" a CD somewhat unknown.

He made himself known with his romantic style with the song "Life is so" sung as aduet with her brother Elian Davis. The Panamanian reggaeton artist later returned to the station Fabulous 100.5 FM, which was where he began to write on the "The Mafia" and "The Buayla Roockie".

In the month of November 1999 the CD's were released for sale its first production entitled "Revelation Lyrics". The compilation which had huge success in sales. He would quickly achieve incredible success in his country with its in equable lyrics that "raise hairs."

His appearances on several compilation albums such as Overload 1, La Pesadilla, Da’ Crew, Etc. would make him one of the most recognizable, marketable and beloved figures of national talent. Banista's music would earn him significant fanbase in Central America, South America and certain underground circles in the United States and Spain. His fame would only be compared to countrymen of the Reggae in Spanish genre such as Nando Boom and El General. His music would lead to a grammy nomination in 2003 for album of the year in the category of Best Rap/Hip-hop.

Banista's lyrical recognition, is often seen as ground breaking. Ranging from the cruel poetic reality of the streets, to engaging love songs, and even profound Christian topics. Even collaborating with national artist, such as Kafu Banton, as well as international artist such as Anthony B.

In March of 2006, Banista would sign with Machete Music. His following album, titled Semblante Urbano would be produced by Luny Tunes of Mas FLow Inc. Luny of the production duo said in a recent interview that Banista "...he has lyrics that can cut veins." DJ Nelson had always had interest in bringing Banista over to the Puerto Rican scene.

Mas Flow Incorporated is a record label founded by Luny Tunes, a Dominican reggaeton production duo. It is the largest reggaeton record company in the world. It claims to be among the companies that helped expand the reggaeton genre beyond its limits. Mas Flow has many connections to the East Coast; in fact most of their producing teams come from Massachusetts in the US.

The Luny Tunes are a production duo composed of Francisco Saldana (Luny) (born June 23, 1979) and Victor Cabrera (Tunes) (born April 12, 1981). Both members were born in Dominican Republic; however, Luny lived in Puerto Rico during his early childhood then he resided in Peabody, Massachusetts, where he met Tunes, who lived in Lynn, Massachusettes. Both members worked at Harvard University, Luny as a chef and Tunes as a dishwasher. Meanwhile, they hoped to reach their goals in the music industry. One day, Luny received an invitation to go to Puerto Rico to have the opportunity to produce music, along with Tunes. Their success began with the help of DJ Nelson as their promoter.

Luny Tunes was reggaeton's first major hitmaking production team, cranking out an assembly line of hit singles, club anthems, and CD mixtapes, all the while collaborating with many of the style's top vocalists. They are often compared to The Neptunes because of their versatility with the music genre they produce and their ability to make #1 hits not only in reggaeton but in other major charts. Luny Tunes still reside in Puerto Rico where they own a studio estimated to be worth around US $3.5 million.

Semblante Urbano is the name of the sixth album from El Roockie and the first one under Mas Flow Inc. This album combines the dimensions of his experiences with urban rhythms such as reggaeton, dancehall, hip hop & reggae. The first single "Parece Sincera" was released to radio stations August 14 to radio stations in Latin America and Spain.

The album was expected to be released September 25, but has since been pushed back to the first few months of 2008. It Leaked to the internet 11th February. The album was released on February 12, 2008. Here are the tracks of EL Roockie new CD named "Semblante Urbanor:
